Yacht Week Greece: Day 6
Last night I booked a hotel room in Hydra as the heat was unbearable and since it was really the last dinner of the week, we wanted to play dress up and look hella fine.
It was a short ride but we waited for so long to anchor as it is a really busy port. Hydra is a really beautiful town and I would have loved to explore if it wasn't so hot. It felt like 42 degrees and as I had already gotten 3 shades darker, I wasn't about to become totally unrecognisable.
Had a very lovely room from my room in Hotel Leto.
First had gelato, then lunch at Omilos.
No cars in Hydra so you get everywhere on an ass.
Went back to the boats to chat with a couple of people, then went to a salon to get pedicure as my feet were minging.
Toasted to friendship and an incredible week.
The Love Boat crew! They went all out with their themes the whole week and got recognised for it.
Doing the TYW wrist flick
I looked around and couldn't quite believe how I had become really familiar with the faces of 250+ people in such short time. It was a night to say goodbyes as a lot of people would be heading off to Athens as soon as they get to Lavrio.
So, emotions were high, as well as a lot of PDA.
Partied at Omilos and then took a walk by the cliff. It was beautiful!
Something about Hydra made me fall in love with Nirvana by Sam Smith.
This was my favourite night of the week, followed closely by the white party.
